Remembrance Day

Although our event is based on Royal Canadian Legion principles, it is an important event that is organised by the community, for the community, no one person owns it, the whole community owns it and all are welcome.  Although quite short in duration, our Bragg Creek, Redwood Meadows and surrounding area Remembrance day ceremony seeks to be humble, respectful of those who have served and those who have fallen, and it seeks to be educational. With community wreath laying, Legion merchandise available for purchase, the chance to ‘stand with giants’, a military memorabilia display and community youth at its heart, please join us together as we pay our respects to those who have protected our great land”.
