The Bragg Creek Community Association will be holding a special meeting on February 24th, 2021 at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be to present and vote on the intent of the BCCA Board of Directors to apply for additional funding through the CEBA (Canadian Emergency Business Account). This $20,000 interest free loan would be used to help offset operational costs in the current fiscal year that aren’t covered by other grants or subsidies.
As per the BCCA bylaws, we require attendance and votes of 2/3 of the members attending to approve the borrowing of money. Votes can also be submitted by proxy by a family member who is also a current BCCA member.
All Community members (with a current BCCA membership) are invited to attend the special meeting and the following 6:30pm Board Meeting.
